Who we are

Techno Talent Fest 2026 is organised by TechnoSchool ICT Solutions, Al Qusais 2, Dubai, UAE. We are the data controller for the information collected through this website. You can reach us at uae.events@technoschool.in or on +971 56 510 4104.

What we collect

• School registration: school name, emirate, curriculum, approximate student strength, the categories entered, an estimate of participating students, your technology facilities and platforms.
• Staff contact details: coordinator name, role, email and mobile or WhatsApp number, and the principal's name and email.
• Student entries: student name, grade and category, together with the parent's or guardian's name, email and mobile number.
• Leadership Track RSVPs: name, role, school, email, mobile, whether the school is entering students, and any topic request you share.
• Document requests: your name, school and email when you ask us to email a PDF.
• Event day media: photographs and video where separate consent has been obtained.

Children's data

Student entries are submitted by a school representative or by a parent or guardian, who must have the authority to provide that information. We collect the minimum needed to organise the competition: the student's name, grade and category. We do not collect student contact details, and we do not build marketing profiles of students. All correspondence about a student goes to the school or to the parent or guardian.

A parent, guardian or school may ask us to remove a student's entry at any time by emailing us. We will delete it and confirm in writing.

Why we use it

• To register your school, allocate a school code and administer entries.
• To process registration payments and record who has paid.
• To run event day: judging, certificates, catering numbers, supervision and the Leadership Track.
• To contact you about your registration or a document you requested.
• To send you results, certificates and the school report.

We rely on your consent where you have asked for something optional, and on our legitimate interest in organising an event you have chosen to enter. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who help us operate: our cloud hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, and our payment provider for card payments. Card details are handled entirely by the payment provider — we never see or store them. Independent judges see student project work and the student's first name, grade and category, and nothing else. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with government bodies unless we are legally required to do so.

How long we keep it

Registration and entry records are kept for three years after the event so that we can reissue certificates and answer queries. Financial records are kept for five years to meet UAE accounting requirements. Media consented for publication may be retained in our archive; you may ask us to withdraw a specific image at any time.

Security

Data is stored in access-controlled databases with encryption in transit. Access is limited to the TechnoSchool staff who need it to run the event.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to a particular use. Email uae.events@technoschool.in and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to keep your form progress and keep the site working. We do not use advertising cookies.
