Refund Policy

Registration payment

The participation fee is AED 75 per registered student and is paid online immediately after the school registration details are confirmed.

Withdrawing a student

• On or before 24 October 2026: a full refund of the AED 75 fee for that student, or a transfer of the fee to a replacement student in the same category.
• 25 October to 1 November 2026: the fee may be transferred to a replacement student in the same category free of charge. Refunds are no longer available, because judging allocation, catering and finale kits are committed at this point.
• From 2 November 2026, and for non-attendance on the day: no refund. The student still receives independent judging of a submitted project and a Certificate of Participation.

If we cancel or reschedule

If we cancel the event, every paid fee is refunded in full. If we move the event to another date, you may keep your entries for the new date or request a full refund within 14 days of our announcement.

Duplicate and incorrect payments

Duplicate payments, or payments for a student who was never entered, are refunded in full as soon as we identify them or you tell us.

How refunds are made

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. We process approved refunds within 10 working days. Your bank may take a few days more to show the credit. Card processing charges retained by the payment provider are not refundable.

How to request a refund

Email uae.events@technoschool.in from the school or parent address used at registration, with the school code, the student's name and the reason. You can also call us on +971 56 510 4104. We confirm every request in writing.
