1. The organiser

Techno Talent Fest 2026 — Titans of Technology (“the event”) is organised by TechnoSchool ICT Solutions, Al Qusais 2, Dubai, UAE. The event is independent. It is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by any government authority or regulator.

2. Eligibility

The event is open to schools operating in the United Arab Emirates. Students must be enrolled at the registering school and must be in the grade band of the category entered. Two students represent a school in each category. A school may enter between one and all six categories.

3. Registration

School registration must be submitted by a member of staff authorised to commit the school. After confirming the registration details, the school continues directly to payment. We issue a unique school code for student entries.

School registration closes on 10 October 2026. Finalist names and categories must be confirmed by 24 October 2026. We may accept late entries at our discretion where capacity allows.

4. Fees and payment

The participation fee is AED 75 per registered student and is payable through the secure online payment step after school registration. Entries are confirmed once payment has been received.

Fees are stated exclusive of any bank or card processing charges applied by the payment provider. Prices are in UAE dirhams.

5. What the fee includes

Independent judging of every submitted project, a Certificate of Participation for every registered student, a teacher CPD session and certificate for participating teachers, a finale kit for each of the twelve finalists, and lunch on finale day for finalists and accompanying staff. Travel to and from the venue is not included.

6. Judging

Projects are assessed by an independent panel of ICT and engineering professionals against published criteria: technical execution 30%, innovation 25%, design 20%, demonstration 15% and documentation 10%. The panel's decisions are final and are not subject to appeal. Work must be the students' own; entries found to be plagiarised or substantially produced by an adult may be disqualified.

7. Event day

The Grand Finale takes place on Wednesday 4 November 2026 at the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies, Al Ruwayyah 2, Academic City, Dubai. Schools are responsible for supervising their students throughout, in line with the supervision ratios in the trip-approval pack, and for their own transport arrangements and travel insurance.

Students bring their project files and, for robotics categories, their working build. Large sets, city models and obstacle courses are not permitted. The organiser is not responsible for loss of or damage to equipment brought to the venue.

8. Media

Photography and video may be taken on event day. We use them only where separate school and, where required, parental consent has been obtained. A school or parent may ask us to withdraw a specific image at any time.

9. Changes and cancellation

We may change the timings, format, venue layout or category briefs where necessary. If the event cannot take place on the scheduled date, we will offer a rescheduled date or a refund in line with the Refund Policy.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our total liability in connection with the event is limited to the fees paid for the affected entries.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable authorities of the Emirate of Dubai. Questions about these terms should go to uae.events@technoschool.in.
